 Membership options for in-person and online personal training 

I've designed my pricing structure to allow my clients to train more regularly and see results quicker.

I offer a cheaper, rolling monthly membership with no minimum term - giving you all of the flexibility of the gym with the focus and the attention of personal training.

Membership allows the sessions to remain affordable (for as little as £30 per session), meaning you can train more and get the frequent, consistent sessions that you need to see results.

Single Session - £40

9  sessions per month (average of 2 per week) - £315 pcm (£35 per session)

13 sessions per month (average of 3 per week) - £390 pcm (£30 per session)


Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the sessions last?
All sessions last one hour and can be tailored to you.

What will the sessions include?
They will include full mobility, stretching and warm-up to get your body ready, then a skills/strength portion before the main event, the workout! We'll end with a final stretch and cool down to reset again. I guarantee that you will never regret a session.

Where can I take my sessions?

Anywhere you like! You can take them online, in person in my private gym in Wigginton (OX15) or in person at your home, if you live nearby in the Banbury/Chipping Norton area.

When can I take my sessions?
Morning, afternoons or early evenings, Monday to Friday or by appointment at the weekend. I'm confident we can find a schedule that works for you.

What if I don't use all of my sessions within a month?
That's no problem, any unused sessions can roll on into the next month. I'm very relaxed and happy to adapt to your no doubt busy and varied schedule.

Does membership include nutritional advice?
Yes, absolutely. Nutrition is an essential part of making a change to your fitness and wellbeing, which is why I'm also a qualified nutritional advisor.

Can I pause my membership if I go away on holiday or for work?
Yes, of course. Being a monthly rolling payment in advance, I appreciate that you will sometimes be away and unable to make training. In this case, you either have the option of taking online sessions, which work brilliantly (you'll be surprised how much I can make you sweat over zoom!) or if you're unable to make online sessions, you'll be able to pause your membership for a week or more, once per month, as needed. I'm very flexible.

Will I be locked into a long contract?
No, there is no minimum term, so you are free to discontinue your membership at any time. You should only train with me as long as you're enjoying it and getting the results you want.

What if have to cancel a session at late notice?

Life can take us all by surprise so I appreciate that sometimes sessions need to be cancelled at late notice. All I ask is that you give as much notice as you can and we'll find a new time for your session.

Do you offer single sessions for drop-ins?

Yes, certainly. I offer single sessions for £40, should you be looking for a one off or just passing through the area. Feel free to get in touch.

Do you offer couples/partner memberships?
Yes, if you and a partner/friend wish to train together regularly, I can offer a partner membership that reduces the price to you both overall. Please get in touch if you'd like to know more.
